Mr. Kane was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and grew up in South Plainfield, New Jersey. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1972, and then attended The University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1975. |
