For Criminal Work it is a flat fee
Simple Misdemeanors and traffic $450
Serious Misdemeanors and OWI 1 $850
Aggravated Misdemeanors, OWI 2 $1500
Feloney Class C and D OWI 3 $2000
For All other cases my hourly rate is $110 I expect at least $500 down and do work out payment plans. |
