I almost did not use Brian for the sale of my business because he was more expensive than other attorneys I spoke to or at least he was up front with me how much it would cost. But then he figured out a way to save me more than $24,600.00 in taxes my accountant did not think of. In the end he saved me 3 times the amount I paid him. Rolland L.
