Mindy L. Hitchcock began practicing law in 1986. She formed LADY4JUSTICE PLLC in 1997. LADY4JUSTICE PLLC is committed to helping clients move powerfully and productively through the divorce process and any other legal challenges they may face.Mindy is a Phi Beta Kappa, graduated from Wayne State University Law School, and licensed to practice law in Michigan and Florida, in both state and federal courts. She is also admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court. She was trained in Collaborative Divorce Law by Stuart G. Webb, its founder, and in the Collaborative Divorce Team Approach by Collabortive Divorce Trainings. She received additional training in collaborative divorce from the Collaborative Law Institute of Michigan (CLIM).
Mindy is a past president of the IAHL (International Alliance of Holistic Lawyers), and a member of the IACP (International Academy of Collaborative Professionals) and the CLIM. Enjoying a variety of interests, she is a black belt in karate, a yoga practitioner, public speaker, and writes a monthly column ("The Holistic Lawyer") for a local newspaper.
Drawing from her own life experiences, a dedicated study of spiritual philosophies and teachings, and extensive involvement in the self-help movement, Mindy offers a pragmatic yet loving approach to help people through some of the most difficult legal times of their lives with skill and compassion.
