(1). Basic Attorney Hourly Rate: $150-$175; Law Clerk $80-$90; Paralegal $50-$65;

Contingency Fee Contract: 35%/40%/45-50% percentage amount is paid to attorney out of total case settlement/ verdict /judgment, with all expenses to be paid out of client's award, and (expenses are only paid by client upon Successful Settlement/Verdict/Judgment disposition of case), and fee percentage is based on type of cause of action,i.e., car wreck, personal injury, civil rights action, etc..
*Percentage amount fee is based on time of case settlement/verdict/judgment, i.e., settlement before filing of complaint, after filing of complaint,but before trial, and after trial begins, up to final dispositon of contingency case;
(3). Flat Charge Rates for Divorces, Estate Probate, Bankruptcies, Trust & Estates;DUI's, Criminal (Mis./Felony);Real Estate Closings, Title Abstracts/Opinions;, and several other areas of legal services,i.e., Sports & Entetainment Law (Percentage & Hourly Rate-Based on Contract of Legal Issues;
(4) Flat Charge and Contingency Fee contract arrangemet, and flat charge and bonus contract arrangement can be had upon mutual agreement between client and attorney. |
