Gale Allison is the founder of The Allison Firm. Ms. Allison has almost thrity years of legal and tax experience. Ms. Allison received a Bachelor of Art degree in English in 1973 from the University of Georgia, a law degree in 1975 from the University of Tennessee, and a Masters of Law in Taxation from Emory University in 1980. Ms. Allison was an Estate and Gift Tax attorney for the IRS prior to entering private practice. She is a nationwide frequent speaker, lecturing for continuing education seminars and lay groups. She is licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Georgia. In addition to all the courts in each of these three states, Ms. Allison is licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the 4th, 5th, 6th,10th, and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court. |
