Yes, we use a P.O. Box for most mail. This P.O. Box is located in the Federal Courthouse in Center City Philadelphia and is just around the block from the law library. We know the mail will be there by 9:00 AM every day and is secured 24/7 by the U.S. Marshal's service that guards the building. These terms are used for search engines to identify our web page.
