She maintains membership with the Association of Trial Lawyers’ of America, Virginia Trial Lawyers’ Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Layers, the Virginia Association of Criminal Lawyers, the Virginia College of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Virginia Women Attorneys’ Association (founding member of the Loudoun Chapter), the Loudoun County Bar Association, the Loudoun County Criminal Defense Bar, and the George Mason American Inns of Court.
Buta’s Community Service interests include being a mentor for the Leadership in Law program, a trial participant (defense attorney, prosecutor, and judge) at the mock trials for the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy, speaker and mentor for the Loudoun County Public Schools on Law Day. |

Criminal cases are based on flat fees.
Litigation and civil matters are based on the hourly rate of $300. |
